ThisHoboken Condo Living was a fun and exciting graphic project for NJ Luxury Group Real Estate broker Eddie Perez. I was tasked with creating a logo that would capture the essence of the Hoboken condo lifestyle. In addition, Eddie wanted to implement a particular landmark of the Hoboken area for the design of the logo. With my marching orders presented, I provided Eddie with four versions of the first proof (something I no longer do...LOL!) After submitting my designs, Eddie loved them so much that he purchased them all for his exclusive use. I'm thrilled to have been a part of this project, and these are the logos that were provided for this project!
